We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Job Location: Mainland, Lagos This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative (French/English) role located in Lagos. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in both French and English languages. Requirements  - Minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a reputable firm.  - Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills - Fluency in French and English languages - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently - Previous customer service experience is preferred - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus Check how your CV aligns with this job
