Customer Service Representative (Cashier / Merchandiser)

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: - Stock and replace products to avoid damages. - Attend to customer's inquiries and request - Provide excellent customer service. - Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products. - Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately. - Prepare store display and make sure products are accurately labelled. - Process customers order and payment in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements: - Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND / NCE qualification - Minimum of one (1) year working experience in a supermarket. - Must be computer literate. - Excellent Customer facing skill. - Good communication skill.
