## Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at SIMS Nigeria Limited. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a customer service role
  • Minimum of a 2nd class HND qualification, B.Sc, or B.A degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
