## Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will process orders, handle modifications, and escalate complaints across multiple communication channels. To succeed in this role, you must remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to answer customer questions
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements

  • ND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Distinction, First Class, or Second Class Upper in Business Administration or related fields
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Experience working in customer support
