About the Role
Fadac Resources, Nigeria's leading full-service print and copy center, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This role is essential to delivering professional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and adherence to company service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers courteously and professionally
- Provide accurate information on company products, services, and policies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Process transactions, payments, and service orders where applicable
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department
- Ensure the front desk or service area is clean, organized, and customer-friendly
- Promote company offerings and ensure customers have a positive service experience
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Required Qualifications
- First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM or POS systems
- Neat appearance, courteous disposition, and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions
