## Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the organization and our customers, providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise with accuracy and efficiency.

About You

The ideal candidate is genuinely excited to help customers and possesses strong communication skills. You are patient, empathetic, and passionate about delivering excellent service. You can put yourself in customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. You have strong problem-solving abilities and are confident in troubleshooting and investigating issues when you need additional information to resolve customer questions or complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
  • Generate sales leads
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timeframes
  • Follow up on issues to ensure complete resolution
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain proper documentation
  • Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage and support customers

Requirements and Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
