## Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and address concerns professionally
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and company policies
  • Identify customer problems and deliver timely, effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and guide clients through processes and procedures
  • Conduct post-interaction follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and service completion
  • Provide feedback on customer service process efficiency to enhance overall performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or HND in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to customer support
  • Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to stay organized and adhere to schedules
  • Multitasking skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
