  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using customer support tools and CRM platforms

Compensation

N90,000 per month
