## Title: Customer Service Representative - Healthcare
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to patients and clients promptly with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Provide accurate information on services, appointments, and processes
- Assist with patient registration, billing guidance, and service scheduling
- Manage complaints and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Support daily administrative operations as required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or the service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer use (MS Word, Excel, and CRM tools)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
