Job description
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk‑in and call‑in customers politely and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on services, prices and delivery timelines.
- Open shipments, prepare waybills and ensure correct customer details are captured.
- Follow up with warehouse/drivers on shipments and give timely feedback to customers.
- Handle basic customer complaints or escalate when necessary.
- Keep records of daily transactions and support basic branch reports.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in any field with 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, front desk, or a related role (logistics/retail/hospitality is an advantage).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, simple Excel/data entry).
- Must live close to the branch location in Benin and be willing to work fully onsite, including Saturdays.
