An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview: - We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services. - The ideal candidate will ensure a positive customer experience and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Maintain customer records and document interactions - Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary Requirements: & Qualifications - Minimum of BSc Degree in any related field - Proven experience in customer service is an advantage - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
