## Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Elite Logistics & Development Services Limited. In this position, you will act as a liaison between our company and customers, providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is genuinely excited to help customers. You are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. You understand the value of strong communication skills and can put yourself in customers' shoes to advocate for them when necessary. You approach problem-solving naturally and are confident in troubleshooting issues. When you lack information, you investigate further rather than making assumptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and gather valuable feedback

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving targets
