Requirements: - Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree in related fields (Customer Service, Hospitality, etc.) - At least 1 year of customer service experience. - Experience using CRM systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-centric mindset. - Problem-solving abilities. - Basic tech skills (handling POS, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
