Position Overview: - Our client, a renowned food vendor is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. - As a Customer Service Rep, you will interact with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person. - Assist customers with placing, tracking, or modifying food orders. - Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally. - Promote products by suggesting popular food items. - Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM. - Collaborate with kitchen and delivery teams for smooth operations. - Provide feedback to help improve services. Requirements: - Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree in related fields (Customer Service, Hospitality, etc.) - At least 1 year of customer service experience. - Experience using CRM systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-centric mindset. - Problem-solving abilities. - Basic tech skills (handling POS, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
