About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Customer Service Officer to support our online and offline customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media posting schedules across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging and appropriate video content
- Escalate and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- File and organize documents accurately
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum OND qualification
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work with diverse personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
