An established company is recruiting for the following position. Role Overview - As the first point of contact for our distinguished guests, you will set the tone for their entire experience. This role requires intuition, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You will ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and effortlessly cared for. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and attend to guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism - Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow with precision and discretion - Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to inquiries or requests - Resolve concerns with diplomacy, ensuring an impeccable guest experience - Maintain seamless communication with the front-of-house and management teams - Uphold the restaurant’s standards of refinement, presentation, and ambiance Candidate Profile - Demonstrated experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in luxury or fine-dining environments - Polished, articulate, and confident, with exceptional interpersonal skills - Attentive to detail and able to operate gracefully under pressure - Composed, proactive, and capable of creating memorable guest experiences - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special events - Passionate about luxury service and cultivating genuine guest relationships
