## Title: Customer Service Executive
Job Summary
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for ticketing, reservations, check-in, boarding, and baggage services. This position reports to the Station Manager and offers a great opportunity for career growth within United Nigeria Airlines Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ticketing and reservations, ensuring all payments are collected in cash or by credit card before ticket issuance
- Enforce strict adherence to all ticketing time limit requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of flight schedules, flight times, and fares
- Ensure all necessary tools and materials for reservation, ticketing, check-in, and boarding are available and ready before duty commences
- Maintain adequate supply of receipts, tickets, and ticket jackets; request timely replenishment from supervisor as needed
- Ensure daily flight program information is readily available
- Execute check-in, sales, and boarding of passengers in accordance with United Nigeria Airlines Standard Operating Procedures
- Reconcile sales and excess baggage charges at the end of daily operations
- Verify that passengers hold valid tickets and valid identification before check-in and boarding
- Generate passenger manifests and ensure they accompany the flight
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a relevant field

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong sales and customer service abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work extended hours and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
