We are seeking a Customer Service Executive with proven experience in online marketing and working with Online Travel Agencies (OTA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging online platforms to drive engagement, sales, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels
- Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTA) to maximize visibility and sales
- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution in a professional manner
- Support online marketing campaigns to promote services and enhance customer engagement
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field (preferred)
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in the travel and hospitality industry
- Hands-on experience with Online Travel Agencies (OTA) platforms
- Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies and digital tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
