## Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Executive at Bemil Nigeria Limited, you will be responsible for handling clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about services purchased from the organization. Your strategic vision and expertise will play a critical role in providing solutions tailored to individualized situations while prioritizing customer needs at each step of the process.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Provide customers with accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
  • Engage customers and go the extra mile to exceed expectations
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Carry out customer satisfaction surveys
  • Maintain comprehensive databases and accurate records of reports, comments, complaints, transactions, and interactions
  • Analyze and document client loss to mitigate against future attrition
  • Conduct physical visitations to client locations for random or scheduled checks
  • Assess security personnel during visitations to ensure alignment with company standards

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 2–4 years of work experience
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quotas
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to and respond to different personality types
