## Title: Customer Service & Engagement Officer
About the Role
Tamak Logistics is seeking a qualified Customer Service & Engagement Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple communication channels while supporting our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer messages across all communication channels
- Provide accurate delivery and pricing information to customers
- Coordinate order fulfillment and maintain a 90% delivery success rate
- Track deliveries and provide regular updates to customers
- Follow up with existing and bulk clients to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure all customers complete required payments
- Escalate suspicious activity or policy violations to management
- Support workflow improvements and technology adoption initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BSc), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Master's degree (MSc) in any field
- Must reside in Lagos
- Preference for candidates located near Surulere/Yaba areas
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or CRM systems (advantageous)
Compensation
N70,000 - N100,000 per month
