## Title: Customer Service & Engagement Officer

About the Role

Tamak Logistics is seeking a qualified Customer Service & Engagement Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple communication channels while supporting our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer messages across all communication channels
  • Provide accurate delivery and pricing information to customers
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and maintain a 90% delivery success rate
  • Track deliveries and provide regular updates to customers
  • Follow up with existing and bulk clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure all customers complete required payments
  • Escalate suspicious activity or policy violations to management
  • Support workflow improvements and technology adoption initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Master's degree (MSc) in any field
  • Must reside in Lagos
  • Preference for candidates located near Surulere/Yaba areas

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or CRM systems (advantageous)

Compensation

N70,000 - N100,000 per month
