About the Role

Fort Knox Group is seeking passionate and well-groomed Customer Service Assistants to join our Lifestyle & Beauty Cosmetics team. The ideal candidates will support customers, maintain product displays, and drive sales within the Lifestyle & Apparel section while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist shoppers by providing product information and personalized service
• Maintain clean, appealing, and well-organized merchandise displays
• Drive sales by applying effective sales and customer engagement techniques
• Ensure 100% adherence to company service standards
• Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Promote repeat patronage through excellent customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree
• 2+ years of experience in retail, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or cosmetics
• Strong customer engagement and product knowledge skills
• Good understanding of merchandising and sales techniques
• Excellent grooming and communication skills
• Ability to work long retail hours, including weekends

Compensation

N150,000 – N300,000 monthly
