Customer Service and Price Desk Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive customer service and Price Desk executive to join our logistics team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pricing inquiries, attending to client requests, ensuring competitive pricing strategies, and supporting our sales team with accurate and timely pricing information.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to pricing inquiries from internal teams and customers promptly and professionally
• Provide assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services
• Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to develop pricing strategies
• Assist in preparing and updating pricing proposals and contracts
• Monitor and report on pricing performance and profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding pricing
• Maintain accurate records of pricing data and customer communications
• Provide training and support to team members on pricing systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mass Communication, Finance, Logistics, or a related field
• 2-5 years of proven experience in customer service, pricing, analytical, or administrative roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with logistics operations and customer service and pricing structures is a plus

Compensation

N100,000 - N120,000 per month
