## Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude at all times
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution
- Support the sales and operations team with customer-related tasks
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or B.Sc in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related role
- NYSC members are welcome to apply
- Must reside within Mushin, Oshodi, Ilupeju, or Gbagada axis for proximity to work
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear diction and eloquence
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and internet usage)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Ability to handle difficult customers with patience
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
