## Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude at all times
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Support the sales and operations team with customer-related tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards

Required Qualifications

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc in any discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related role
  • NYSC members are welcome to apply
  • Must reside within Mushin, Oshodi, Ilupeju, or Gbagada axis for proximity to work

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clear diction and eloquence
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and internet usage)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with patience
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
