Position Overview:
- We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Admin/Customer Service Officer to manage front-desk operations and support daily administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers professionally and courteously
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and walk-in clients
- Maintain accurate customer and office records
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth front-office operations
Required Qualifications:
& Experience
- Candidates should possess an OND or HND qualification with 1 year experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Customer-oriented and detail-conscious.
Salary
N90,000 / Month
