About the Role

County Cargo seeks a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional service. This position is based in Jabi, Abuja.

Location

Jabi, Abuja, Nigeria (Must reside in or near Jabi, Abuja and environs)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and business growth
• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram
• Generate lead magnets and convert leads into paying customers
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
• Stay informed of industry trends and market developments

Required Qualifications

• Female candidate
• Proficiency in social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
