Customer Experience Officer at Invent Alliance Limited

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Officer, you will serve as the vital link between our bakery and our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service, feel valued, and remain loyal to our brand.

You will manage customer relationships, resolve issues, follow up on accounts, and contribute to business growth by delivering excellent support and gathering valuable customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with retail customers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate buyers to ensure excellent service and satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Follow up on account receivables, track payments, and reconcile customer accounts
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and account status
• Support field marketing and promotional activities to improve brand visibility and attract new customers
• Provide regular updates, reports, and insights from customer interactions to management
• Monitor competitor activities and customer preferences to suggest improvements
• Prepare documentation, reports, and account updates using Microsoft Word and Excel

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or OND/HND with relevant experience)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated confidence in handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
• Basic knowledge of receivables tracking, account reconciliation, and record-keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with willingness to work actively in the field
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside within Ajah, Sangotedo, or nearby areas

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in bakery, food, or FMCG sales
