## Title: Customer Experience Assistant

About the Role

Join StoreFront Africa, the all-in-one platform that allows businesses to launch and manage their own online stores — no coding required. We are recruiting Customer Experience Assistants (CEAs) across Lagos and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new business owners onto the StoreFront Africa platform
  • Provide guidance and support to help them activate their online stores
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners
  • Represent StoreFront Africa professionally within your region

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Self-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Passion for helping small businesses grow

Compensation Structure

The CEA role is commission-based, with high earning potential:

  • 30,000 Naira on each activation you complete
  • 60% of StoreFront Africa's commission on every sale made by the business owners you onboard — for life
