About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Care and Sales Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client support while driving sales growth and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client support and manage client communications effectively
• Discuss business contracts and costs with clients to facilitate informed decisions
• Build and maintain connections on behalf of the company
• Open and close deals to achieve revenue targets
• Maintain existing client relationships and generate new business to meet revenue goals
• Identify new business markets and record daily customer transactions
• Handle client complaints promptly, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed timeframes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, process client accounts, and file documents properly
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
• Create regular reviews and reports incorporating sales and financial data
• Deliver presentations on products and services to clients
• Initiate and negotiate business deals
• Identify and analyze target markets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales or client relationship management with a proven track record
• Must be based in or around Agbor
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent record-keeping skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
• Courteous and presentable demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the logistics industry
• Background in marketing
