About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a Credit Officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork. In this role, you will help clients acquire loans efficiently while ensuring all requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Review loan requests and assess clients' financial status
• Evaluate creditworthiness and associated risks
• Contact clients to gather financial data and required documentation
• Analyse risks and approve or reject loan requests
• Prepare loan applications and supporting paperwork
• Set up and manage payment plans
• Maintain updated records of loan applications
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Handle daily and weekly repayment collection

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
