Credit Officer (Enugu)

About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a qualified Credit Officer to facilitate lending services across Enugu State. In this position, you will assess the creditworthiness of clients, process loan applications, and ensure all lending requirements are met while helping clients acquire loans in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process loan requests
• Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness
• Evaluate financial risks and approve or reject loan applications
• Contact clients to gather financial data and required documentation
• Set up and manage payment plans
• Maintain updated records of all loan applications
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Conduct daily and weekly repayment collection activities

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
