Credit Officer (Calabar, Cross River) at Entourage Integrated Trust Limited

About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a motivated Credit Officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork in Calabar, Cross River State. In this role, you will help clients acquire loans on time while ensuring all requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan requests and assess clients' financial status
• Evaluate creditworthiness and analyze associated risks
• Contact clients to gather financial data and required documentation
• Approve or reject loan requests based on risk analysis
• Set up and manage payment plans
• Maintain updated records of all loan applications
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Monitor the progress of existing loans
• Conduct daily and weekly repayment collection activities
• Prepare loan applications and evaluate clients' financial information
• Calculate risk ratios and financial metrics

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field

• Starting Salary: ₦100,000
• Bi-annual profit sharing
