Credit Officer

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire potential SME clients through direct sales and channel partnerships. - Collect loan applications and supporting documentation. - Conduct preliminary evaluation of clients based on creditworthiness. - Coordinate with the credit team for approval and disbursement processes. - Maintain regular Contact with clients for servicing and cross-selling. - Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies. Requirements: - Minimum of university Degree in any finance related discipline with minimum Of second class upper division - 1-5 years of experience in loan sales, especially SME Or business loans. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Ability to meet targets and work under pressure - Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
