Credit Analyst

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Credit Analyst at Lotus Capital. The Credit Analyst will evaluate creditworthiness and financial data to assess risks and make informed credit recommendations. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, monitoring credit portfolios, liaising with clients to gather data, and preparing detailed credit reports. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and adherence to industry best practices. Required Qualifications: - Strong skills in Credit Management and Credit Analysis - Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance - Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field - Experience in Shariah-compliant finance or non-interest finance is an advantage - Proficiency in financial modeling and relevant software tools is preferred
