Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and onboard new loan customers across diverse market segments
- Promote the bank’s credit products and achieve assigned loan disbursement targets
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Guide customers through loan applications in line with credit policies and documentation requirements
- Work closely with Credit and Risk teams to ensure timely loan approvals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Monitor loan performance and resolve customer-related issues promptly
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports
- Stay informed on market trends and emerging customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in loan sales, credit acquisition, or retail banking
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and loan targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of credit processes and loan documentation
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM or loan management tools
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
