About the Role

We are hiring a Creative Designer who will be responsible for developing unique concepts, graphics, layouts, and visuals for brands. You will translate brand strategy elements into compelling visual design across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Art Director to execute brand and graphic design strategy
• Study information and materials to plan and develop concepts
• Create unique concepts, graphics, layouts, and visuals for digital and print marketing
• Design layouts combining art and copy to illustrate concepts
• Prepare design drafts, present ideas, and incorporate feedback into revisions
• Deliver brand designs on schedule and within budget
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Design website user interfaces for the company and clients
• Coordinate release and processing of files to printers and press
• Contribute creative thinking and participate in brainstorming sessions
• Manage utilization and archive of all project photos
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops and reviewing professional publications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Media, or a related field
• At least 4 years of proven work experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio of illustrations or graphics demonstrating design thinking and core skills (Behance or Dribbble)
• Knowledge of design principles, elements, page layout, and composition
