Creative Designer at Redwire Marketing Consulting

About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Designer to develop unique concepts, graphics, layouts, and visuals that bring brand strategies to life. You will be responsible for translating brand strategy elements into compelling visual designs across digital and print mediums, while collaborating closely with our creative team to deliver outstanding results on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Art Director to execute brand and graphic design strategy
• Study materials and information to plan and develop unique design concepts
• Create graphics, layouts, and visuals for digital and print marketing campaigns
• Design layouts that integrate art and copy in accordance with approved concepts
• Prepare design drafts, present ideas to stakeholders, and refine designs based on feedback
• Deliver brand designs for the company and clients on schedule and within budget
• Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Design website user interfaces for the company and clients
• Coordinate file processing and release to printers and press
• Contribute creative thinking and ideas during brainstorming sessions
• Manage and archive all project photography assets
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices through workshops and professional publications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Media, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of proven graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio of illustrations or graphics demonstrating design thinking and core skills (Behance or Dribbble)
• Solid knowledge of design principles, elements, page layout, and composition
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
