## Title: CPIMS/Data Officer

About the Job

The CPIMS/Data Officer will manage and coordinate all child protection data across locations of intervention and oversee the EYN Project's CPIMS+ operations. This role involves conducting regular data cleaning, analysis, and updating the IPTT with support from the MEAL Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct data collection and analysis while ensuring confidentiality of data at all levels
  • Support monitoring and evaluation and knowledge management to track results of prevention and response to violence against children
  • Carry out monthly and regular analysis of data
  • Provide monthly progress reports indicating progress in execution of assignments
  • Ensure information from physical case files registered under case management are safely and accurately synchronized into the Child Protection Information Management System Plus (CPIMS+) database and exported from CPIMS on a regular basis
  • Review the quality of data, identify inconsistencies, and report findings to project team members and line manager for corrective and follow-up actions
  • Ensure system audit findings are addressed on time in accordance with child protection standards
  • Support record management by ensuring each individual child's case is captured on CPIMS+ and master lists are produced and updated as necessary, including all stages of the case management process: registration, initial assessment, case plan, referrals, follow-up, review, and case closure
  • Ensure all data protection protocols are observed while managing collected information
  • Monitor adherence to procedures on individual cases and ensure that roles and responsibilities are upheld
  • Actively participate in and facilitate trainings and meetings on family tracing and reunification (FTR), case management, data management, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation
