Responsibilities - Prepare cost estimates for projects, materials, labor, and timelines and analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements. - Collect quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks. - Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and financial projections. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams. Requirements - Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. 5 years of experience. - Strong analytical and numerical skills and proficiency in estimation software and Excel.
