Cosmetics Sales Attendant

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. About Job:  - We are looking for vibrant, beauty-loving and customer-focused individuals to join a fast-growing cosmetics & skincare retail store. You will be relating with walk-in customers to help them discover the perfect products, creating memorable shopping experiences, achieving sales targets, and keeping the store looking beautiful and well-merchandised. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring the store area is kept clean and neat. - Greet and engage customers in a warm, friendly and professional manner. - Provide expert product recommendations based on customers’ skin type, tone, preferences and budget. - Demonstrate makeup application, skincare routines and product benefits when requested. - Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets. - Process sales transactions accurately (cash, POS, bank transfer, USSD, etc.). - Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, shelf presentation and product facing. - Restock shelves and assist with visual merchandising. - Handle customer inquiries, returns, exchanges and complaints professionally. - Stay updated on new product arrivals, promotions, trends and brand launches. - Participate in stock-taking and inventory management Requirements: & Qualities - Previous retail or beauty sales experience is a strong advantage (but not compulsory). - Genuine passion for skincare, beauty and self-care. - Excellent communication skills and confident spoken English and Yoruba. - Very good personal grooming and presentable appearance. - Ability to stand for long periods. - Smart, energetic, friendly and approachable personality. - Good math skills (for handling cash and targets). - Honest, reliable and trustworthy. - Must be available to resume immediately.
