## Title: Corporate Services Coordinator

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Corporate Services Coordinator to lead the Corporate Services function. This pivotal role ensures the seamless coordination of all administrative, HR, operational, and corporate activities. You will serve as the central liaison, providing executive and HR support while driving operational excellence in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Corporate Services team
  • Oversee HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement
  • Manage administration, logistics, and vendor relations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and governance
  • Drive process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate services, administration, or HR (Oil & Gas experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, PMP) are a plus
