Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Trainee Associate is responsible for managing assigned business portfolios, including prospective accounts within the designated territory/region. This role focuses on revenue protection, securing new revenue within ipNX's existing client base, and identifying new clients and business opportunities within the assigned territory/region. In addition to driving revenue growth, the successful candidate will ensure excellent client experience and service delivery satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet agreed revenue targets within defined timeframes and develop structured plans to achieve objectives
- Manage and oversee multiple accounts within the territory/region portfolio
- Drive achievement of cold call targets and ensure 100% completion of signed SLAs and JCCs
- Facilitate smooth transition of all clients to relevant account teams
- Deliver excellent customer relationships and maintain high service standards
- Log all customer complaints with support and work collaboratively to ensure quick resolution and SLA compliance
- Ensure new business with existing customers is provisioned within agreed timeframes
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines
- 0-2 years of post-NYSC experience
- Minimum post-NYSC industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Strong intellectual, analytical, and creative abilities with capacity to learn quickly and propose innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
