Corporate Sales Officer at Avon HMO

Position Overview

The Corporate Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships with contacts and prospective clients to drive sales, recruiting and managing a team of Sales Professionals, and ensuring the achievement of budget goals and objectives. This role also involves contributing to the design and execution of advertising and promotional programs, as well as overseeing segment and regional pricing and quotation practices within established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing proposals, ensuring products are clearly defined and marketing materials are adequately supplied
• Achieve revenue targets for assigned business segments by selling HMO products and services through various sales activities including networking, prospecting, seeking referrals, and working marketing leads
• Meet established targets including Average Premium, number of accounts, number of enrollees (members), average deal size, and other key sales efficiency and productivity tracking ratios as communicated
• Initiate the sales process by making sales presentations to prospective clients
• Establish and maintain excellent ongoing working relationships with corporate partners, optimizing each client contact to provide the highest standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle
• Develop and execute plans and initiatives to grow the HMO's business in assigned market segments through specific strategies and goals
• Acquire pertinent segment-specific account information and research market conditions and competitors to remain responsive to clients' needs
• Maintain an accurate and relevant database of prospective accounts developed from gathered information
• Recruit and manage a team of Sales Professionals
• Contribute to the design and execution of advertising and promotional programs as required
