Corporate Lawyer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Responsibilties - Advise corporations on legal rights, obligations, and risks - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents - Handle mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring - Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and industry standards - Provide guidance on corporate governance and board matters - Manage company formation, dissolution, and statutory filings - Conduct legal due diligence for transactions - Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and stakeholders - Resolve corporate disputes and assist with litigation strategy when required. Required Qualifications: - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor of Law Degree with 4 years experience.
