Pearls End Apartments is a luxurious short-let apartment and co-working space located on Victoria Island, Lagos. We offer 14 fully furnished apartments and 10 desk co-working spaces, serving corporate clients and professionals.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Hospitality Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will identify, approach, and secure corporate clients for short-term and extended stays in our serviced apartments. This role focuses specifically on business-to-business (B2B) sales, with the primary goal of driving corporate bookings, maintaining high occupancy rates, and maximizing profit from corporate travel and relocation needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and build relationships with corporate travel desks, relocation companies, and HR/Procurement managers of large corporations
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet occupancy and revenue goals, promoting various stay packages (short and long-term)
- Negotiate and close corporate contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both clients and the property owner
- Maintain effective relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer retention rates
- Coordinate advertising and marketing efforts to promote serviced apartments to potential corporate clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls, emails, and online platforms
- Track competitor performance and market trends to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and service consistency for corporate clients
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in hospitality sales
- Proven track record in corporate sales
