An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Role Description - This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos for a Corporate Finance Manager. - The successful candidate will be reporting to the Group Chief Finance Officer (GCFO). - The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial activities of the Group, focusing on maximizing profitability, managing risks, and ensuring the Group’s financial stability. - This role involves financial planning, analysis, capital management, and mergers and acquisitions. - The Corporate Finance Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective financial planning and compliance with regulatory requirements. - While the role is based in Lagos, a combination of in-office presence and remote work is allowed. - The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial activities of the Group, focusing on maximizing profitability, managing risks, and ensuring the Group’s financial stability. - This role involves financial planning, analysis, capital management, and mergers and acquisitions. Required Qualifications: - Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Financial Modeling - Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements - Experience in Financial Reporting and crafting financial forecasts - Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and practices - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Must have Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial consulting. - Strong communication and leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills - Prior experience in corporate finance roles, mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets is highly desirable - HND, Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics or related field - Must be a chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA, with at least a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience. - Has been involve in capital raise (private equity, Commercial Papers, Developmental funds etc.) - Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance. - Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools. - Ability to work under pressure and manage complex financial projects. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
