## Title: Corporate Finance Associate – Deal Origination
Job Summary
The Corporate Finance Associate will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives. This role involves deal sourcing, financial analysis, transaction execution, and supporting capital-raising initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to drive growth through sound investment decisions and partnerships.
Duties & Responsibilities
Deal Origination and Execution
- Identify and source new business and investment opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, partners, and regulators
- Conduct due diligence and financial modeling to assess the viability of potential investments
- Prepare transaction documents, including investment memos, proposals, and pitch materials
- Support deal structuring, valuation, and negotiation processes
- Manage the execution of transactions from initiation to closure
Financial Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Evaluate financial statements, business models, and performance metrics to support decision-making
- Support the development of financial forecasts, capital structures, and scenario analyses
- Provide insights to support strategic planning and portfolio management
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong networks across financial institutions, advisory firms, and investment partners
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain ongoing communication with investors and internal teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage)
- 5–8 years of experience in investment or corporate finance
