Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Copywriter to join our marketing team. This role is for someone who can transform ideas into compelling words that engage, inform, and inspire. You'll craft content that not only looks good on the page but also drives action, whether it's for social media, websites, email campaigns, or advertising.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for multiple platforms including web, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and advertisements
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop creative content strategies
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
• Adapt tone and style to different audiences while maintaining brand voice
• Conduct research to understand target audiences and industry trends
• Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and promotions
• Optimize copy for SEO and user engagement where applicable
• Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• 3 years proven experience as a copywriter, content writer, or in a similar creative role
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong storytelling abilities and creativity
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO, and content management systems
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and a keen sense of audience engagement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in tone and style
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills

N500,000 per month
