Job Summary - Prepare, cook, and bake food items, meals, and pastries according to approved recipes and standards. - Ensure all dishes and baked goods meet quality, taste, and presentation requirements. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, baking area, and all workstations. - Monitor ingredient inventory, report shortages, and ensure proper storage and labeling. - Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines consistently. - Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen and baking equipment safely. - Assist in creating new menu items, recipes, pastries, and seasonal specials. - Maintain consistency in portion control, taste, and preparation methods. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service. - Ensure accurate measurement of ingredients and adherence to standard cooking and baking procedures.
