An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Summary - The Cook will prepare and cook,meals according to company standards and recipes. Duties/Responsibilities - Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to the menu and portion standards. - Ensure all food items are cooked and served at the right temperature and presentation quality. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking utensils, and equipment. - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Check the freshness of ingredients and report shortages or spoilage. - Assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly. - Follow daily kitchen schedules and ensure proper time management. Requirements - Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification; certificate in Catering is an added advantage. - Proven experience as a cook or in a kitchen role. - Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and food preparation techniques. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization. - Must be punctual, responsible, and committed to high-quality food service. - Either Asokoro, Asokoro extension, Nyanya and environs.
