Responsibilities - Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards - Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel expectations - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Requirements - OND/HND/B.Sc qualification with basic knowledge in continental and intercontinetal dishes - Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety - Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
