About the Role

We are seeking a Contracting Management Advisor III — a seasoned technical leader with deep expertise in contract planning, development, and administration for major offshore (deepwater) operations. This role is ideal for strategic contracting professionals ready to lead complex projects and shape contracting excellence in one of the world's most dynamic energy environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and translate project objectives into actionable contracting and materials management strategies
• Lead bid evaluations, awards, and high-stakes contract negotiations with precision
• Mentor and build capability among SMEs, EPC specialists, and Contract Engineers through structured training and coaching
• Strengthen partnerships with contractors and affiliates, fostering collaboration and performance excellence
• Drive optimization of contracting processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years' experience in deepwater drilling, completion, and workover contract administration
• Strong background in Procurement, Contract Management, and Commercial Negotiation
• Proven leadership in major project environments, preferably with Owner/Operator experience
• Readiness for business travel or relocation to project sites
